Agreement

By accessing or using Kolig ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of service

Kolig provides an AI-powered virtual office platform where users configure AI roles, engage in conversations and meetings, manage company knowledge, and integrate with third-party tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing selected at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy. Enterprise customers may have separate agreements.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. You grant us a license to use that content solely to provide the Service. Kolig and its logos, features, and technology remain our intellectual property.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kolig shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. AI outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them.
