An AI role is a specialist with its own instructions, skills, model, and memory, like a PM, Copywriter, or Legal reviewer. You chat with roles one-on-one, run multi-role meetings, or connect them to Slack and email.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your workspace settings. When you upgrade, new limits and features unlock immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
Each message you send to a role counts as one message. Replies from the role do not count. On Starter, the 35-message limit applies per workspace; on Pro and Business it applies per active member.
Never. Your conversations, Brain uploads, and role memory stay yours. Kolig is SOC 2 Type II compliant and we do not use customer data to train models.
Brain is shared company knowledge you upload: playbooks, policies, brand guidelines. Role memory is built automatically from conversations and captures how you work with each role over time.
Enterprise customers can bring their own Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and Grok keys for full control over model spending and provider selection.
