AI and third-party providers

To provide AI capabilities, we send prompts and context to third-party AI providers (including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and Grok). We do not use your data to train AI models. Enterprise customers may use their own API keys (BYO keys) for direct provider relationships.

Data security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit. We are SOC 2 Type II compliant. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
