About Kolig

Why we built Kolig.

The problem wasn't that AI wasn't smart enough. It was that AI tools were built for individuals, not teams, and they forgot everything between sessions. We built something different: an AI office where every role has a specialty, persistent memory, and deep knowledge about your company, so your team ships faster without hiring for every function.

01

The gap we saw

Generic AI assistants forget what you told them, ignore your company docs, and put one person in charge of prompting their way through every task. That's not how real work happens, and it's not how AI should work either.

02

The shift we made

Instead of one assistant, build a full team: a PM, Copywriter, Legal reviewer, Sales lead, each with its own specialty, memory, and company knowledge. Specialists working in parallel, not a chatbot you reset every session.

03

What we shipped

Kolig: AI roles with skills and persistent memory, Brain for shared company knowledge, multi-role meetings with auto-summaries, per-role model selection, and integrations for Slack, email, and CRM, from a solo founder's first three roles to enterprise-wide deployment.

How we think

AI that fits how teams actually work.

Every product decision at Kolig comes back to one question: does this make AI more useful for the people doing real work, every day?

Specialists beat generalists

Focused roles outperform prompts.

A Copywriter that knows your brand voice and a Legal reviewer that knows your jurisdiction do better work than one assistant prompted differently each time. Kolig roles are built for a job, with matching skills, model, and instructions baked in.

  • Role templates for any specialty
  • Per-role AI model selection
  • Custom instructions and skill packs

Memory makes AI useful

Roles that improve over time.

After every conversation, each role builds a compressed memory of how you work together: your ICP, brand preferences, recurring decisions. The longer you work with a role, the sharper it gets. No context bloat, no starting from scratch.

  • Persistent memory across all sessions
  • Updated automatically after each conversation
  • Rebuild or clear memory any time

Knowledge flows to the right people

One source of truth for every role.

Upload playbooks, policies, and brand guidelines to Brain. Scope them company-wide or by team. Legal sees Legal docs, everyone sees the handbook, and every role cites the source when it answers.

  • PDF, Markdown, and any file format
  • Company-wide or team-scoped access
  • Source citations in every answer

AI fits your workflow

Works where your team works.

Slack, email, HubSpot, Google Analytics: your AI roles plug into the tools your people already use. Add an ability to a role and it can receive messages, update records, and respond without anyone switching tabs.

  • Slack and email integration per role
  • CRM read and write abilities
  • Analytics query built in

Our principles

What we won't compromise on.

These guide every decision, from how roles store memory to how we handle customer data, enterprise security, and pricing that grows with you.

  • Specialization over generic prompts
  • Company knowledge grounds every answer
  • Parallel work over serial bottlenecks
  • Your data stays yours. We never train on it
  • The right model for every role, not one size fits all
  • Privacy and security built in from day one

The new way to run your team.

  • We stopped treating AI like a search box. Kolig gave us a PM, a copywriter, and a growth lead that actually remember our launch context.

  • Multi-role meetings changed how we ship. I @mention legal and engineering in one thread and get answers grounded in our docs, not generic advice.

  • Brain keeps our playbooks in one place, company-wide or per team. Every role stays aligned to what they're allowed to see.

    Elena Vasquez

  • Cloning a role from LinkedIn took minutes. Skills mapped to what that person actually does. It felt like hiring, not prompting.

  • Our Slack-connected roles handle inbound while we sleep. Abilities in HubSpot and Gmail mean they act, not just reply.

  • Real teammates in the same meetings as AI roles is the unlock. Decisions stick because humans and specialists share one room.
